Paul Schenk

Paul began his real estate career in 1978 and obtained his brokers license in 1987. Prior to joining Summit Sotheby's International Realty, he was associated with Coldwell Banker of Park City, where he was recognized as the #2 agent in the state of Utah in 1988. In 1997 Paul received Masters recognition by the Park City Board of REALTORs® with a lifetime Professional Achievement Award.

Paul and his family have been Park City residents since 1986 and now Paul resides in Holiday Ranch with his wife Jan and son Morgan. Paul's daughter, Hillary attends the University of Puget Sound in Washington State. Recreational interests include tennis, travel, snowshoeing and more tennis.

Paul's current practice focuses on listing and selling high-end single family residential, condominiums and vacant land. A large part of Paul's business is generated by return business and referrals from clients. He believes in providing focused responsive service to his clientele and restricts his listings to a number that permits full concentration on each property.
