The Summit Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush Real Estate) Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use our services, including information provided to us by you.

Information and content on this site is intended for public use in conjunction with rules set forth by IDX and the Park City Board of Realtors and any other affilaites. All content of this site remains the property of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty unless otherwise noted. As such, reproduction of this site, and the information and content contained therein for any purpose other than business with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is strictly prohibited.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as-is" and that Summit Sotheby’s International Realty assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
Use or sale of the information herein for solicitations for products or services is strictly prohibited. It is Summit Sotheby’s International Realty policy not to provide information about our users to outside agencies or companies.
The following rules of conduct apply:

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty reserves the right to withdraw and terminate access of any individual who misuses these services and to remove any information or content posted by any individual which is prohibited by these rules. Privacy Philosophy
We want you to know what information we learn about you when you visit our sites, and what we do with the information. 3. Trackable Information – certain interest areas or interest-related links are tracked to provide users with additional information, activities or news related to those interest areas
1. Internet-Related Information
We may use the Internet-related information we collect to provide us with statistical and demographic information about our audience. This information may include times of access, browser types, the internet addresses of referring pages, and the pages most often visited. This information is important to us in determining the number and type of browsers we should develop-for and support, the most requested pages, and content development for those pages – all to provide better and more value-added service to our alumni.
2. User-Provided Information
When you register or contact us, you will first be asked to provide information that may include your name, address, phone number, email adress and other identifiable information. Most of the time the sharing of this information is voluntary, however in certain instances we may require you to share personal information to interact with us further and we reserve the right to deny service if you fail to comply with these request.
We agree to not share this information with third-parties unless released by you, or previously agreed upon.
3. Trackable Information
Under certain circumstances, preferences voluntarily expressed by users and certain features opened in on our site are tracked by user and used to develop content-specific communications. For example, if you express interest and read stories related to Promontory, we may provide additional Promontory content or stories to you in the future.
